Preparation doesn't assures harm, it assures safety.

July 14, 2014 (Monday)---Day 9

Sir Ely requested us to arrange the horde of papers at his table. He also told us not to throw any paper instead label it as scratch for the reason that they can still used it in the future. It is really a bunch of papers. After organizing and labelling the papers we put it in a box where it could easily be found.
We went first to the DOLE to submit the papers of the SPES who have not yet completed their requirements.
Ma’am Lily instructed us to put the all the papers on one side where it could not be soaked with water. After finishing the clusters of papers we arrange the things in the office for it not to be drenched with water due to Typhoon Glenda. After arranging and organizing the documents and furniture's at the office we took some pictures of us to show our temporary place at the office where our table was taken away.

Before leaving at the office we double check all the equipments, the papers and important documents are certainly at the safest place at the office.

REFLECTION:
The employees just not throw used papers instead they recycled it. They find an alternative way to used it again.
